  • ...and outside interests and activities.

Eric Klause is a professional van operator with A-1 Moving and Storage. A native of Okeechobee, FL, Eric began his career in 2013 with A-1 Moving & Storage, an Atlas Agent. He has already driven more than 230,000 miles in a commercial motor vehicle while not recording a single accident. Eric is the two time winner of Atlas Customer Service Awards as well as their Safe Driver Award. One of his more notable moves in his short career, was the relief supply of food he hauled to South Florida following Hurricane Irma in 2017.

A-1 Moving & Storage was founded in 1972 and is now run by Tom Klause - Eric’s father. Although Eric grew up as an active part of the company, he left after high school to become a full-time firefighter. After 8 years in that profession, he rejoined his family business as a van/truck driver and has since proven himself an exemplary addition to the team. A-1 is a family company led by values: Excellence, Professionalism, and Integrity, as proven by the numerous awards earned not only by the team but by its individual members. Congratulations Eric! Your future at A-1 Moving & Storage is bright.
