2nd Weekend of Haiti Relief is a Big Success!

A-1 Moving & Storage in conjunction with the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), FAU and the Boy Scouts supplied equipment and personnel to assist in the collection of Haitian Relief supplies from the public. Over the weekend at the FAU Honor's College parking lot the Civil Air Patrol, Boy Scouts and A-1 Moving collected 7,280 pounds of medical supplies, flashlights, batteries and various other needed items for the earthquake victims of Haiti. “The team effort of both ground transportation by A-1 and air transportation from Missionary Flights made the volunteer efforts of the cadets of the Civil Air Patrol all the more effective” stated Captain John Clark of CAP.Our thanks go out to the many people who responded to our request for help, both customers, acquaintances and friends.
